Small group classes

Classes that meet you where you are

Small group classes, 5 days a week, built for any fitness level — with real change in as little as 8–12 weeks.

1:1 training

Programming built around you, not a template

Every 1:1 client starts with a real consultation — not a generic intake form. From there, sessions are programmed around your schedule, your current fitness level, and what you're actually working toward, with weekly check-ins to track progress and adjust as you go.

It's the same well-programmed approach as the small group classes, just with more direct attention — a good fit if you want more flexibility in scheduling, or you're just getting started and want extra support building confidence in the studio.

Stress management

Most training programs focus entirely on diet and exercise and ignore stress completely — but chronic stress affects recovery, consistency, and how your body responds to training, no matter how well-programmed the workouts are.

This isn't therapy, and it isn't a replacement for professional mental health support. It's practical, day-to-day coaching: recognizing what's actually driving your stress, building small sustainable habits around it, and adjusting your training and nutrition plan so a hard week doesn't derail your progress.

It's built into every 1:1 consultation and check-in — not an extra add-on service.

Sleep quality

Sleep is when the actual recovery from training happens — muscle repair, energy regulation, and the willpower to make good nutrition choices the next day all depend on it. Training harder without addressing sleep usually just leads to burnout.

Coaching here stays practical rather than clinical: consistent wind-down routines, realistic bedtimes given your actual schedule, and understanding how training and eating patterns affect sleep quality. If something looks like it needs medical attention, you'll be pointed to the right professional rather than coached through it here.
