Destinee is a certified personal trainer and Level 2 Precision Nutrition coach — the owner and operator of Complete Health with Destinee, LLC. Born and raised in Minnesota (with a six-year stint in North Dakota), she's passionate about helping women build a healthy relationship with food and exercise, without giving up the life they love.

Off the clock, she's kept busy by her husband, three boys, and two dogs — and can usually be found cooking, outside, with a cup of coffee (or some nights, a glass of wine) in hand.
